About this site

KindoSpace is currently a pre-launch waitlist website. The Site does not yet offer the full KindoSpace product (personalized surprise webpage creation) — it exists to collect interest ahead of launch.

Acceptable use of the waitlist

You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist and not to submit the form on behalf of someone else without their consent, use automated tools to submit bulk or fake entries, or otherwise misuse the Site or its underlying systems.

No guarantee of launch date

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to KindoSpace, a specific launch date, or any particular feature or price. We may change, delay, or discontinue the product at our discretion, with or without notice.

Intellectual property

The KindoSpace name, logo, and all site content (text, design, and branding) are the property of KindoSpace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KindoSpace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as KindoSpace evolves. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
