KindoSpace (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on this waitlist website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What information we collect

When you join the KindoSpace waitlist, we collect the information you choose to submit through the form on this site:

• Email address (required)
• Name (optional)
• Phone number (optional)
• Country (India, US, or Other)

If you contact us directly, we also collect whatever information you include in your message (see the Contact page).

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to notify you when KindoSpace launches, share early-access updates, and occasionally ask for feedback that helps us build a better product. Country helps us understand demand across India and the US so we can prioritize the right payment and pricing options.

How we store it

Waitlist submissions are currently stored securely in our application infrastructure. As KindoSpace grows, this data will move to a managed database provider with equivalent or stronger security practices. We do not store payment information at this stage, since no payments are collected on this site.

Do we sell your data?

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, ever.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic on this site — for example, which pages are visited and general geographic region — so we can improve it. Google Analytics may set cookies to do this. We do not use this data to identify you individually, and we do not currently run a cookie-consent banner because this MVP-stage analytics setup does not use invasive tracking cookies; we'll revisit this if that changes. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information at any time, consistent with applicable data protection laws including India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. To exercise these rights, reach us through the Contact page. We don't yet have a dedicated privacy email set up — that's coming soon.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as KindoSpace evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we make changes.
